In their current role at Exponential-e, Alka Solanki serves as the Head of Service Management for Major Accounts. Prior to this, Alka worked at Fujitsu Global as a Service Delivery Manager for various accounts, where Alka was responsible for managing customer escalations, hosting problem management meetings, and implementing service improvement plans. Alka has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature with Creative Writing from the University of Birmingham.
