Ian Warren has extensive experience in account management and development within the telecommunications and managed services sectors. Currently serving as an Account Director at Exponential-e since January 2019, Ian Warren focuses on addressing customer business challenges with Cloud and Unified Communications services. Prior to this role, Ian Warren worked at Claranet for over 12 years, advancing from Account Development Manager to Senior Account Development Manager, where responsibilities included positioning new services and demonstrating the company's capabilities. Ian Warren's earlier career involved various account management roles at Pipex Communications, Atlantic Telecom, and Quantex Microsystems, among others, showcasing a solid foundation in sales and customer relations.
