Lydia Melen

Lydia Melen has over eight years of experience in the unified communications and administrative sectors. Currently serving as UC Provisioning Team Leader at Exponential-e since December 2015, Lydia excels in provisioning sales orders, managing customer communications, and overseeing project management for various UC applications and services. Previous roles include Junior UCC Provisioning Coordinator and Administrator, contributing to the successful management of voice and data projects. Prior to Exponential-e, Lydia held positions as a Receptionist at Servcorp and a CRM Administrator at Clyde and Co, gaining expertise in client interactions, data management, and system support. Lydia began a career in recruitment at London Care and started in administrative tasks at Kent Flooring Supplies. Lydia holds a BTEC Extended Diploma in Business.
