Nazir Valli

Service Desk Manager - Managed Services

Nazir Valli possesses extensive experience in IT management and support, with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager at Exponential-e since October 2017, Nazir has previously held roles including Senior Team Lead and Managed Services Specialist. Prior experience at BDO LLP, from July 2012 to September 2017, involved working as a Technical Services Analyst in IT infrastructure and BAU operations, along with serving as Senior Citrix and SCCM Administrator. Nazir’s career began at Ted Baker, where responsibilities included managing a global Citrix XenApp 6 environment and setting up IT operations in the Far East. Earlier experience also includes providing 1st and 2nd line support at the University of Westminster. Nazir holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computing from the University of Westminster, earned between 2002 and 2005.
