Nicolas Rion, CPCC ACC, is a strategic delivery leader who specializes in bridging the gap between AI ambition and real-world execution. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Mentor at Nicolas Rion Ltd, they have delivered over 500 hours of coaching to leaders across various sectors, helping to enhance communication and decision-making. With previous roles including Scrum Master at CGI and Agile Project Manager at Exponential-e, Nicolas has over a decade of experience in Agile transformation, coaching, and cross-functional team leadership. They hold multiple degrees in information technology and coaching, including a Master’s degree from CUCDB and a certification from the CTI Co-Active Training Institute.
