Paul Agnew

Paul Agnew has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to wayleaves, network acquisition, real estate, and rights of way. Paul currently works as the Head of Wayleaves at Exponential-e, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Zayo Group from 2016 to 2021, where they served as the Head of Network Acquisition / Real Estate and Rights of Way, managing various RoW and real estate matters across Zayo's European network. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Consultant, providing training and consultancy services on RoW procurement and property development. Before that, Paul held the position of Head of Wayleaves at Colt Technology Services from 2008 to 2013, where they managed wayleave, license, RoW, and infrastructure contract matters. Paul also has experience as the Head of Rights of Way at Interoute Communications Limited from 2003 to 2005 and as the Director of Infrastructure Network Development at Viatel / VTL UK Limited from 1999 to 2003. Paul's early career includes roles at Cable & Wireless Communications / previously Videotron UK Limited as an Access Specialist from 1991 to 1998 and at the Government of Ontario as a Special Assistant to the Minister from 1987 to 1990.

Paul Agnew has a diverse education history. Paul completed their studies at the Ontario College of Art (now OCAD University) in 1984, earning a degree in Industral Design and General Studies. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management in the year 2013.
