Rob Healy has extensive experience in network and UC provisioning, currently serving as Head of Network & UC Provisioning at Exponential-e since March 2012, after progressing from Provisioning Manager and Provisioning Team Leader. Prior to this role, Rob worked at Talk Talk plc as Team Manager, overseeing a team of 15 technicians, and at AOL Broadband as Team Leader, managing 25 part-time technical support agents. Rob also began a career in customer service as a Customer Retention Agent at AOL Broadband, where coaching peers on customer service and sales skills was a key responsibility. Rob holds a degree in IT Support, Computer Science from Waterford Institute of Technology, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
