Zoe Ennis

Zoe Ennis is an accomplished Recruitment Manager at Exponential-e, with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management since January 2016. In this role, Zoe emphasizes a strategic approach to attracting and onboarding top talent across various business areas, while also leading the internal Talent Acquisition function. Prior to this, Zoe served as a Recruitment Business Partner, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple sectors including Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Sales. Zoe’s earlier roles at Exponential-e included managing company-wide recruitment for all levels and disciplines, along with recruitment positions at Modis International and REED, focusing on IT recruitment in the Investment Banking sector. Zoe holds an MA in Human Resource Management (CIPD) from London Metropolitan University and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Surrey.
