John Grover has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. John began their career as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Qwest Communications, where they led corporate HR functions for a start-up in the Application Service Provider industry. John then moved on to Qwest Cyber. Solutions, where they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, overseeing a multi-site HR function.

Following this, Grover worked as the VP of Human Resources and Operational Excellence at Orange Glo International, where they developed HR functions in the US, UK, and Japan and played a key role in the company's exceptional growth.

Grover then joined Launch Pad, LLC as the Vice President of Human Resources & Operations, responsible for all HR functions for this product development company. John later served as the Senior Vice President of People at Chuck Latham Associates, where they led HR and a team of 14 and created innovative people strategies and programs to drive productivity and attract top talent.

Subsequently, Grover became the Vice President of Human Resources at X-IO Technologies, a venture capital-backed data storage technology company. John was responsible for leading all HR functions and driving cultural change.
