Emmy Luong

Emmy Luong is an experienced Human Resources professional specializing in people operations and talent management, currently serving as Head of People and Talent at VDX.tv since October 2019. With a progressive career, Emmy previously held several senior roles at Exponential, including Senior Director of People Success, and Director of Global People Operations, demonstrating expertise in compensation strategy, compliance, HRIS management, and employee relations. Prior experience includes key positions at Tagged, Gymboree, and Foster's Wine Estates Americas, where Emmy developed and implemented various HR programs, managed benefits analytics, and ensured legal compliance. Emmy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
