Janice Yoon

Janice Yoon is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Head of Legal at VDX.tv since October 2019 and at Exponential since July 2014, Janice oversees a range of legal matters including contract negotiation, policy creation, and risk assessment across multiple sectors. Previous roles include significant positions at Colucci & Umans, where litigation and management of trademark portfolios were focal points, and Marshall & Melhorn, where business formation and corporate transactions were addressed. Janice began legal career as a summer associate at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, and served as a research assistant prior to earning a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, complemented by a B.A. from Pomona College.
