Rich Pickens

Rich Pickens has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as Senior Manager at VDX.tv since June 2019. Prior to this role, Rich held various positions at Exponential from June 2005 to August 2019, including IT Manager and Senior IT Support Engineer. Rich began their career as an IS Support Specialist at Art Technology Group from July 2002 to March 2005 and also worked as a Recruiter at THE CAREER GROUP, LTD. in Cambridge, MA from January 1999 to July 2001. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology from American International College, earned between 1988 and 1992.
