Cindy L. has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Cindy is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Exponential Power since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Operations, Supply Chain at United Wheels Inc. from February 2020 to June 2021. Cindy also served as the Vice President, Warehousing & Distribution at Huffy Corporation from November 2018 to February 2020. Before their time at United Wheels Inc., they worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Revere Electric Supply / BJ Electric Supply from October 2016 to November 2018. Furthermore, Cindy has also held various important positions at Arrow Electronics from 2011 to 2016, including Director, Global Supply Chain and Operations at Richardson RFPD, and Director, Global Operations and Customer Relations. Cindy began their professional career at Richardson Electronics, Ltd. in 1995, where they held several management positions, including Director, Global Customer Service/Order Services. Cindy has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and achievement throughout their career.
Cindy L. studied Business/Corporate Communications at Northern Illinois University. Cindy also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rasmussen University.
