Tim Schroeder has extensive work experience in the sales and business development field. Tim currently holds the position of Vice President of Motive Power at Exponential Power since August 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Sales for Motive Power at Storage Battery Systems, LLC from April 2019 to July 2022. Tim also worked at East Penn Manufacturing Co. as the Central Region Sales for Reserve Power, starting in July 2016 and ending in March 2019.
Before their time at East Penn Manufacturing Co., Tim held various roles at Exide Technologies, including Senior Director of National Accounts & OEM from August 2013 to June 2016, and Area Sales Manager from October 2010 to August 2013.
Tim's earlier work experience includes being a Sales Engineer at Hegman Machine Tool from June 2008 to September 2010, where they focused on identifying top manufacturing equipment users and increasing market penetration. Tim also established partnerships with end users through product demonstrations and showcasing the company's capabilities.
Tim started their career at ZieglerCAT, where they were a General Line Territory Manager/CCE Specialist from November 2001 to May 2008.
Tim Schroeder attended the University of Minnesota from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Speech Communications.
