Todd Adams has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Todd began their career at Milwaukee Journal Sentinel in 1983, where they served as the CFO and oversaw strategic planning, forecasting, finance functions, and purchasing. After leaving Milwaukee Journal Sentinel in 2006, Todd worked at Catalyst International as the CFO, providing leadership in the finance department and playing a key role in selling the business. Todd then joined ComVest Private Equity Group in 2007 and served as CFO at three portfolio companies until 2010. Todd also worked at Zomax as the CFO, handling the sale and liquidation of the business. In 2011, they worked as the Interim CFO at Dedicated Computing and Tushaus Computer Services. Todd joined Paragon Development Systems in 2012 and held the position of CFO until November 2022. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Exponential Power, a position they have held since August 2023. Additionally, Todd owns their own management consulting firm, Todd K Adams Management Consulting, which they established in 2008.
Todd Adams attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1976 to 1980, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Todd later enrolled in the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management to study Executive Management. However, the exact years of their enrollment at Kellogg are not provided.
