Kyla Williams, MBA, is an experienced professional in program coordination and administrative support, currently serving as a Program Coordinator at EXPONENTS since March 2016. At EXPONENTS, Williams oversees the operation of the Center for Personal Development and Professional Development, managing training programs and tracking student performance. Previous roles include an Administrative Assistant at Weill Cornell Medicine, where responsibilities involved supporting faculty and processing admissions, and a Program Manager/Site Coordinator at Learn-It Systems, managing educational programs and staff coordination. Other positions held include Counselor at Boys & Girls Harbor and roles in educational support as a Substitute Teacher and Student Leader. Williams holds an MBA in Marketing/Management and a B.S. in Marketing from Hampton University.
