Adib Hossain

Adib Hossain, CPA, MAcc, currently serves as an Underwriter at Export Development Canada since October 2021. Prior to this role, Adib worked at PwC from January 2018 to October 2021, progressing from Tax Associate to Senior Associate, where responsibilities included preparing and reviewing tax returns, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for supporting schedules, and implementing industry expertise to enhance business transactions. Additionally, Adib was a Teaching Assistant in Business Communication Skills at the Telfer School of Management, focusing on improving students' presentation techniques. Adib began the professional career as a Property & Casualty Insurance Advisor at Desjardins General Insurance Group. Adib holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Ontario, a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Carleton University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
