Alex Rechner

Alex Rechner, RPR, has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, culminating in roles as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and Junior Associate at Export Development Canada in February 2025. Prior experience includes positions at The TJX Companies, Inc. as an Associate and a Human Resources Business Partner Intern at Canada Post, where Alex contributed to recruitment processes. Additional experience at Lowe’s stores in Canada as an Associate involved multiple departments and certification as a Forklift Operator. Alex began teaching martial arts as an Instructor at Cooligan Martial Arts & Fitness after earning a black belt and has developed leadership skills through this role. Alex is pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, expected to graduate in 2024.
