Anne Rouleau

Anne Rouleau is a seasoned professional in global trade and international relations, currently serving as Global Trade Director at Export Development Canada since August 2022. Previously, Anne held various roles at Global Affairs Canada, including Trade Commissioner and Deputy Director specializing in natural resources and cleantech. Anne's extensive experience also includes positions at Scottish Development International as a Senior Trade & Investment Executive, where a focus on energy markets was developed, and at the High Commission of Canada to Singapore, providing consultancy to over 100 Canadian companies. Anne started a career in international trade with roles at the Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada and also has experience in marketing and business development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management and a BAA in Marketing, complemented by a BBA in International Affairs/Marketing.
