Boris Jacouty

Boris Jacouty is currently the Global Trade Director at Export Development Canada since October 2025. Previously, Boris served as the Director of Business Development - Infrastructure at the Canadian Commercial Corporation, where the focus was on negotiating government-to-government contracts. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Infrastructure Development at CPCS, Senior Director and Renewable Energy Practice Lead at Cowater International, and Assistant Vice President - West Africa at CPCS, where Boris was involved in public-private partnerships and business development strategies. Early career experience includes Program Officer positions at Global Affairs Canada and the Canadian International Development Agency, emphasizing project management and inter-ministerial coordination. Boris holds an EMBA from McGill HEC Montréal, a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Kent, and degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from Université Jean Moulin.
