Chantal Capistran

Chantal Capistran is the Vice-présidente, Communications d'entreprise at Exportation et développement Canada - EDC since May 2022. Prior to this role, Chantal held multiple positions at SNC-Lavalin from January 2014 to May 2022, including Vice-présidente, Communications for Canada, and roles focused on communications for major projects and clean energy initiatives. Chantal's experience also includes managing corporate communications for Rio Tinto Iron and Titanium from September 2006 to October 2013, and having roles in communications at Rio Tinto Fer et Titane, CLD et MRC de D'Autray, and Chambre de commerce Sorel-Tracy Métropolitain. Chantal holds a degree from Université de Montréal and certificates in governance from the Institut sur la gouvernance in collaboration with La Gouvernance au Féminin.
