Cindy Thompson, DASM, PEng, BCBA, M.ADS, R.B.A. (Ont), currently serves as a Senior Information Analyst & Integration Lead at Export Development Canada since June 2022, with prior roles including Senior Business Data Analyst and Change Advisor. As the Founder and CEO of Behaviour Management Consulting Inc. since October 2021, Cindy has extensive experience in providing behavioral interventions for children with autism and developmental disabilities, having previously worked as an Instructor Therapist at The Portia Learning Centre and Terrace Wellness Group. Previous positions also include Behaviour Consultant at Private Home and Day Programs and various student placements in autism and behavioral science through Algonquin College. Cindy holds a Master of Applied Disability Studies with a focus on Applied Behaviour Analysis and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa, complemented by significant engineering experience at General Dynamics Canada and Curtiss Wright Controls Embedded Computing.
