Elsa Dion, MBA, CLSSGB, is a strategic and data-driven risk professional with extensive experience in business process analysis and operational risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst and Risk Underwriter at Export Development Canada since August 2017, Elsa has a proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency and performance through collaboration with leadership and stakeholders. Prior roles include Senior Advisor of Corporate Strategy and Business Process Improvement Analyst, where insights and data synthesis enabled informed decision-making and strategic oversight. In January 2025, Elsa began contributing as an Activator at Coralus, focusing on the development of new economic and social models. Previous experience at MD Financial Management involved leading operational risk initiatives and managing compliance strategies.
