Hai Hu is a seasoned professional in the field of software engineering and digital strategy, currently serving as the Senior Enterprise Architect (Gen-AI) at Export Development Canada since April 2022, where they developed the first Generative AI Governance Model for Canadian Crown corporations. Previously, as the Director of Digital Strategy at Nova Scotia Business Inc. from November 2019 to April 2022, Hai led a cross-functional team in implementing design thinking across digital initiatives. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Hai co-founded and served as CEO of Retaildeep, and played a key role in its success as the first Chinese startup admitted to the Alchemist Accelerator.
