Ian Glasgow

Ian Glasgow is a retired director with extensive experience in real estate and corporate services, having spent nearly two decades at Export Development Canada from December 2004 to present. Responsible for managing professional teams in areas such as Real Estate and Facilities, Procurement, and Corporate Insurance, Ian also served as Project Director from 2007 to 2011, overseeing the lease acquisition and construction of EDC's new global headquarters in Ottawa. Prior to this, Ian held managerial positions at Alterna Savings/Alterna Bank, focusing on facilities and procurement, and at the National Capital Commission, managing facilities and material management. Additional experience includes serving as a lease project manager at Ontario Realty. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Economics from the University of Alberta and a Certified Facility Manager designation from the International Facility Management Association.
