Imran Mithani

Imran Mithani is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in internal audit and IT risk management. Currently serving as Senior Manager Internal Audit and Team Lead at Export Development Canada since July 2016, Imran oversees audits in Corporate Services and leads the annual risk assessment process. Previous positions include Director IT Audit at RBC, where Imran managed audits for the Bank's SOX Program, and Senior Manager Internal Audit at Ontario Power Generation, responsible for multiple departments. Imran's earlier roles at EY and PwC involved managing teams and executing various IT risk assessments and audits. Additionally, Imran began career at KPMG, progressing from Manager in Assurance to leading the Information Risk Management practice in Pakistan. Imran holds a Fellow Chartered Accountant designation and certifications in Information Systems Audit and Control.
