Irene Hum

Irene Hum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit risk assessment and international trade. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter for Export Development Canada since January 2019, Irene has specialized in the International Trade Guarantee and Credit Insurance sectors. Prior to this role, Irene spent nearly a decade at TD in various positions, including Senior Analyst, where responsibilities included monitoring and controlling credit and operational risk management, credit writing, and exploring new business opportunities. Irene holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Information Systems from Carleton University.
