Jacques Trottier is a digital leader with over 20 years of experience in IT, focusing on solutions that deliver clear ROI and transformational impact. They currently serve as a part-time professor at the University of Ottawa, teaching a course on process modeling, mining, and automation, while also leading the Process Automation Program at Export Development Canada.
