Joan Chua

Joan Chua currently serves as the Regional Manager for Business Connections at Export Development Canada, a position held since November 2025, where responsibilities include supporting Canadian companies in international growth through financing and global connections. Previously, Joan worked as a Foreign Direct Investment Attaché at Investissement Québec from February 2023 to October 2025, aiding in the province's economic development. Prior roles include Senior Project Support Specialist at the U.S. Soybean Export Council from May 2018 to January 2023, and Marketing Executive at the Health Promotion Board, where successful execution of the National Steps Challenge Season 3 took place.
