Mahmoud Ibrahim

Mahmoud Ibrahim is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and advisory services. Currently serving as a Board Member at VueReal Inc. and a Board Observer at Nanoprecise Sci Corp, Mahmoud also holds a position at Export Development Canada focusing on investments in clean technology and advanced technology. As a member of the Advisory Board for Clenergy MENA since 2015 and a former founder of SynerGate Capital Inc., Mahmoud has specialized in M&A advisory, management buyouts, and family successions. Previous roles include Risk Advisory at Deloitte Canada and Senior Manager of Special Assets at Bank Boubyan, as well as leadership positions in investment banking and financial analysis. Mahmoud holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Queen's University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Ain Shams University.
