Marie Paul

Marie Paul has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Export Development Canada since November 2018. Prior roles include Digital Office Coordinator and Administrator at the same organization, along with positions as an Employment Consultant and Job Developer at Y Employment Access Centre from July 2015 to November 2018. Marie's earlier experience includes a decade at YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region, where responsibilities encompassed managing membership sales and service operations, problem-solving complex member and employee issues, and implementing human resources policies. Marie's career began with an Office Assistant role in the Payroll Division of the City of Ottawa. A Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management was obtained from the University of Ottawa between 2005 and 2012.
