Mark Dance

Mark Dance is a dynamic public affairs professional currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Export Development Canada, where they engage with the Government of Canada and Parliament. They were previously a Freelance Writer from 2011 to 2019, contributing to various national newspapers and magazines, and have held multiple roles in public service, including as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Mark holds a BCL/LLB in Law from McGill University, where they were a Dean's honour list graduate, and additional degrees from the University of King's College and The University of Edinburgh. With extensive experience in strategic advising and writing, Mark possesses expertise in public affairs, constitutional law, and democratic institutions.
