Matthew Jerke

Matthew Jerke is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in international corporate lending and risk insurance. Currently serving as Financing Manager at Export Development Canada since March 2015, Matthew has progressed through various roles including Senior Associate and Underwriter, delivering critical analysis and transaction leadership for foreign banks and sovereign obligors. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of International Mission Coordinator with the Government of Alberta, coordinating high-level international engagements. Earlier experience includes an internship in political and economic affairs with DFATD and underwriter roles at Intact Insurance. Matthew holds a Master of International Relations from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from MacEwan University.
