Meera Chander

Meera Chander, M.A., is a strategic and values-driven professional currently serving as the Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility at Export Development Canada. With a strong focus on advancing IDE&A within complex organizations, Meera has previously led impactful initiatives at the Public Service Alliance of Canada. Meera is also the President of their consulting firm, where they provide expertise in aligning people strategies with business priorities. They hold advanced degrees from notable institutions, including a Master’s Degree from the University of Bristol and various certificates from Harvard Business School and York University.
