Nancy Bergeron

Nancy Bergeron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and change management. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement at Export Development Canada since October 2010, Nancy focuses on empowering customer-facing employees to engage effectively with stakeholders throughout the customer journey. Previous roles include Senior Change Management Advisor at Export Development Canada, where Nancy developed comprehensive change management and communication plans, and HR Advisor at the Bank of Canada. Nancy's earlier positions at Export Development Canada include HR Strategic Advisor, HR Business Partner, and Manager of Recruitment Services, which involved strategic HR planning and resource management. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminology from the same institution, complemented by further education at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
