Peter Beepat

Peter Beepat is a seasoned professional in the fields of risk management and insurance, currently serving as a Senior Broker Account Manager at Export Development Canada since February 2021. With prior experience as Vice President and Principal Broker at One Source Risk Management and Funding, Peter established a credit insurance brokerage in Ontario, focusing on risk management solutions. As President of Red Rock Insurance Services Ltd from January 2013 to April 2018, responsibilities included strategic business development, team leadership, and overseeing underwriting processes. Additionally, Peter held executive roles at Executive Risk Insurance Services and Victoria Mutual Building Society, where responsibilities encompassed credit policy guidance, complex loan underwriting, and risk analysis. A Risk Manager at Citibank Jamaica prior to these positions, Peter managed credit relationships across various sectors and contributed to strategic growth initiatives. Peter Beepat holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies.
