Peter Johnston

Peter Johnston has extensive experience in the financial sector, particularly in aircraft financing, where Peter currently serves as the Director of Aircraft Financing at Export Development Canada since May 2006. Leading Canada’s largest Aircraft Financing team, Peter plays a key role in supporting the growth and success of the Canadian Aerospace Industry. Throughout his career at Export Development Canada, Peter has held several significant positions including Director, Manager of International Insurance Partnerships, and Director of Financing Center of Expertise and International Relations. Peter's earlier roles also included Senior Underwriter and Senior Financing Manager. Peter Johnston holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University.
