Robert Labbe

Robert Labbe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and market research. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience and Market Research at Export Development Canada since March 2017, Robert leads a high-performing team focused on understanding customer needs and promoting a customer-centric culture. Prior roles include Principal of Customer Experience at the same organization and Senior Advisor for Customer Engagement at CATSA, where Robert was instrumental in marketing research and customer satisfaction initiatives. In addition to professional endeavors, Robert co-owns Ferme Lanthorn, a regenerative farm in Wakefield, QC, which serves as a platform for education, arts, and culture. Robert's journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Francis Xavier University, followed by roles as a research analyst, high school teacher, and special research assistant in the Canadian Parliament.
