Rosemarie Morse

Rosemarie Morse, PMP, has extensive experience in IT project portfolio management and vendor management, currently serving as the Vendor & Financial Management CoE Lead and Digital Delivery Manager at Export Development Canada since June 2014. Prior to this role, Rosemarie held multiple managerial positions at the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority from April 2012 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing IT infrastructure, system support, and client services. Additionally, Rosemarie coordinated IT projects and services as an Infrastructure Coordinator. Rosemarie holds a Certificate in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Concordia University and a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Ottawa.
