Todd Nowlan

Todd Nowlan, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in IT project management and consulting. Currently employed at Export Development Canada since January 2016, Todd has successfully led numerous cross-functional projects primarily within the SharePoint infrastructure, emphasizing business solutions, quality control, and stakeholder communication. Prior to this role, Todd served as an Independent Consultant and as an IT Project Manager at the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, managing pivotal infrastructure projects. Todd's earlier career includes significant positions as a Program Manager at Ascentium and IT Project Manager at Nortel, contributing to major projects in ecommerce development, content management systems, and operational strategy refinement employing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Carleton University and has further educational credentials from Nortel and The George Washington University School of Business.
