John Phiri

John Phiri is an experienced agricultural professional with a focus on agribusiness management. Currently serving as a Van Sales Agronomist at Export Trading Group since October 2017, John has also held the positions of Depot Manager and Sales Agronomist within the same organization. Previously, John managed farming operations at the New Apostolic Church Relief Organization, overseeing horticultural crops, piggery, and broiler management, along with strategic planning and human resource management. Experience also includes farm management at Malilatau Farm and an agro consultant role at Plant Agrichem Ltd, where John provided guidance on agricultural products and engaged in marketing and sales activities. John holds a Diploma in Agribusiness Management from Natural Resources Development College, completed in 2014.
