Svenja Klawitter is a professional with extensive experience in customer research and analytics, currently serving as the Customer Research and Analytics Lead at exporto since August 2022. Previously, as the Global Strategy Lead for Customer Research at Gorillas, Svenja led a team focused on enhancing customer experience through in-depth research and analysis. Additional roles at Gorillas included Senior Customer Experience Manager and Senior Brand Analyst, where responsibilities involved overseeing brand performance and translating data into strategic insights. Earlier experience encompasses roles at Factworks GmbH, where Svenja was involved in market research studies and mentoring, as well as an internship at Deutsche Bahn focused on personnel management. Svenja holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Münster and has completed further education at SPICED Academy, among other institutions.
