Abir Ray

Abir Ray, D. Eng. is the CEO/CTO of Expression and serves as an Executive Committee member at the National Spectrum Consortium. With a Doctor of Engineering in Cybersecurity Analytics from The George Washington University, they have extensive experience in program management for large DoD and IC projects using Agile methodology. Additionally, as a Senior Fellow at The George Washington University, their focus was on data analytics and systems engineering, establishing governmental partnerships. Their educational background includes a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Liberal Arts in Software Engineering from Harvard University.
