Devin Curtis has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Swimming Instructor at Centennial High School, where they were responsible for swimmer safety and innovated methods for teaching. In 2014, they interned at Lewis Creative as a Copywriter and wrote the ad copy for an award winning campaign. In 2015, they worked as an Arts Magazine Digital Editor at Orange Media Network, creating and maintaining the website, working with the editor, and publishing over 50 digital works. In 2017, they worked at Oregon State University as an Open Oregon State Student Editor, working directly with university professors and handling multiple projects at once. Devin also had an Editorial Internship at Oregon State University, performing detailed research and line by line analysis of text. In the same year, they were an Instructor at Tamagawa K-12 & University, working alongside a Japanese teacher with a small group of advanced English students. Finally, they are currently a Junior Software Engineer at Expression Networks LLC, a position they have held since 2022.
Devin Curtis attended Oregon State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Devin also studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Waseda University from 2016 to 2017. In November 2020, they obtained a CS50 Certificate from CS50.
