Express Elevator, one of the region’s largest independent elevator service providers, supports hundreds of customers and maintains nearly 1,000 elevators and lifts across Central and Southern Wisconsin, including the greater Madison and Milwaukee markets. We are pleased to offer, in conjunction with our highly skilled and licensed Union technicians, the following:

SERVICE

We are available to support you 24/7/365. Our technicians have extensive technical training on products from all major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as well as nonproprietary suppliers. Our service offerings include regularly scheduled preventative maintenance, which fulfills code-required Maintenance Control Program (MCP) requirements, and timely service call responses, no matter day or night. Optional supplemental services include emergency phone monitoring and state-of-the-art cellular service solutions.

REPAIRS & UPGRADES

Express offers extensive upgrade options, whether driven by advancements in technology, to address operational reliability concerns, the obsolescence of legacy components, for safety or possibly just improved aesthetics. Regardless of if you’re seeking to complete now or budget for the future, we are here to provide our expert recommendations so you can make informed decisions.

TESTING & INSPECTION SUPPORT

Elevator code specifies recurring testing to be completed on all vertical transportation equipment, with frequency and type dependent on equipment type. As an industry leader in safety, we have the necessary tooling and expertise to complete testing on all equipment, regardless of make or model. We also stand ready to support current and future customers in their efforts to keep their equipment compliant with recurring permit requirements.

MODERNIZATION

No matter the existing equipment and control type, Express offers comprehensive elevator modernization offerings to meet your needs. We install only non-proprietary and universally serviceable products.
