Express Kenya Limited is a Kenya-based company, which offers clearing and forwarding services for both air and sea, as well as warehousing and logistics services. The Company also focuses on real estate development. It operates through three segments: Clearing and forwarding, Warehousing and Real estate. The Clearing and forwarding segment includes distribution of products to various parts of the country on behalf of customers, and handling of customers' goods in and out of the country. The Warehousing segment includes storage of customers' goods in the Company's warehousing facility. The Real estate segment includes the real estate development arm of the Company. It transports goods within Kenya, as well as within the Common Market for Eastern & Southern Africa (COMESA) region. These countries include South Sudan, North Sudan, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Uganda and Tanzania. Its warehousing services include provision of secure storage, cleaning, repairs and handling of empty containers.
