Jonathan Walker is currently the Whitehall Editor at the Daily Express, where they work as a lobby correspondent in Parliament, covering policies and events affecting readers. Previously, Jonathan held various political reporting roles, including Political Editor at BPM Media and Midlands Political Editor at Reach plc. They have extensive experience covering significant political events, such as the 2016 U.S. Presidential elections, and reporting on complex issues like NHS funding and Brexit in an accessible manner. Jonathan earned a BA in Politics from the University of Exeter between 1989 and 1992.
