Baylor Guy

Baylor Guy is currently the Executive Vice President at Express Rx and has held a range of leadership roles in various organizations. They previously served as Vice President HR at Stephen L. LaFrance Holdings, Inc., managing HR functions for over 3,300 employees across 14 states. Baylor has extensive teaching experience as an Instructor of Business at both the University of Arkansas at Monticello and Southern Arkansas University, where they also coached the men's and women's tennis teams. They hold an MBA in Financial Management from Texas A&M University-Texarkana and have been instrumental in operational and HR management throughout their career.
