Joel Hluszko

Joel Hluszko has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joel started their career at EDS Systemhouse as a Warranty A/R Representative and worked there from December 1996 to July 2000. Joel then worked at IBM as a Technical Support in the Commercial Desktop Call Center from August 2000 to February 2001. Following that, they joined Kingsway Financial Services Inc. as a Sr. Network Administrator specializing in SAN and VMWare administration from February 2001 to February 2007. Joel then worked at Jevco Insurance Company as a Manager, Infrastructure (Canada) from February 2007 to September 2012, where they were responsible for infrastructure and desktop support teams. After that, they worked at Intact Financial Corporation as a Manager, Infrastructure Operations (JEVCO) from September 2012 to February 2014, where they were responsible for the network infrastructure teams and desktop support teams at JEVCO offices. Joel'smost recent role is at Express Scripts Canada, starting in February 2014, where they have held various roles including Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Strategy & Solutions, Director, Technology Services, and Company Security Officer.

Joel Hluszko attended CDI College from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Information Technology. Joel has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Netapp Certified Data Management Administrator (NCDA) from NetApp in 2013, ITIL 2011 Foundations from PEOPLECERT in 2011, VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) from VMware in 2011, HP Accredited Integration Specialist (AIS) from Hewlett-Packard in 2007, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from Microsoft in 2000.
