Celia Smith

Celia Smith is currently the Vice President for the South Zone at Express Employment Professionals, where they focus on mentoring franchisees and staff members to promote business growth. Previously, Celia served as a Manager at Lockheed Martin from 1984 to 1992, overseeing systems implementation, and spent four years as a Supply Officer in the USAF. Celia holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and German from the University of South Alabama.
